My Background
I am a certified Christian life coach and mentor.
I'm also an encourager and intercessor.
I'm located in Maryland, USA.
In my past I have been through many struggles and have seen God help me overcome them. Some obstacles I have been through include: rejection, breakups, a long season of singleness and doubting God,
struggles with purity and shame, insecurity,
depression, and feeling a lack of purpose.
I have seen God's hand in my life through all the obstacles have encountered. Through each struggle and setback, He has used it all for my good. He took me out of the miry clay and brought me to a firm place to stand. He has given me a strong sense of purpose and joy in my life as I have grown and stayed connected to Him.
I am passionate about prayer, mentoring, and teaching God's Word. I have lead many Bible study groups over the years, and have done 1:1 coaching as well as group coaching with women all over the world.
My passion is to help women become stronger in their faith in God, find their purpose, and follow it. This has given me the most joy in my life! I believe in the power of the Word of God and accountability to help change lives.
Going through many years of singleness in my past, to now being married for 6 years, I am confident in serving both single and married women through Christian coaching.
Why I started coaching
Life coaching is another way that I am passionate about accomplishing God's will on this earth. In the past, having a life coach has personally enabled me to overcome obstacles and grow closer to God.
I struggled a lot in my life with comparison, negative thoughts, loneliness, fear, lack of trusting in God, and more. At one point I rushed into a bad relationship, knowing it wasn't God's best.
When I was heartbroken and tired, I recognized that the battle was in my mind. God had given me a beautiful life, but I was focused on all the hard parts of being single. I was letting what I didn't have draw me away from Him.
I began to work with a Christian coach, mentor, and joined a women's program. I was encouraged to take action steps to move forward into the abundant life God had for me.
I was able to identify wrong thought patterns and renew my mind. I started strengthening my relationship with God and allowed Him to heal my heart. I began to pursue God's vision for my life and walk in my purpose. I allowed Him to use my life for His glory, and this restored my joy!
I also learned to date in a healthy way, not lower my standards, and truly trust in God for a future marriage. Eventually, God lead me to a God-fearing man to marry. A big part of this was having a coach to hold me accountable when dating, and reminding me to believe that God was able to bring the relationship I desired.
I saw how coaching changed my life many years ago. The clarity I received from working with a life coach- inspired me to become a certified coach today.
I help women who need Biblical encouragement, guidance, support navigating singleness and dating, overcoming temptation, and more. I am passionate about helping women discover their identity and live according to God's purpose for their lives!
My Services

I offer a range of services including one-on-one coaching for a 1 time session, a 6 session coaching package, and online courses for Christian women.
These services are designed to help clients gain clarity on God's will for them, overcome obstacles,
and achieve their goals.
Biblical truth is shared during each session and course I have. I also believe in covering each one of my clients
in prayer in order to support you.
